Shipping Protocols

Global shipping is fully operational. All pricing for international and domestic dispatch is calculated based on weight. International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and additional screenings. Select nations offer pre-clearance for these fees at checkout. Should this option not be available, or if not chosen, expect to handle such matters upon import. These fees are beyond our jurisdiction.

Order Handling
Allow 4-7 days for your order to move through our system. Once dispatched, you’ll receive encrypted tracking intel via email. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international operations may extend an additional 10-15 days.* We absolve ourselves of liability for any misplaced, stolen, or misdelivered parcels. If your package is marked as "delivered" but remains unaccounted for, initiate an inquiry with the carrier. Replacement packages will not be issued. Return Directive

All transactions are conclusive. No refunds. No exchanges. However, in the rare event of a misidentified item or defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
